Almost Thanksgiving

It's now November. Been a long summer with lots of things happening. I will try a picture again.

I must be challenged..haven't figured it out yet....

if it works..it's us in Texas and Kari in the Memorial Day parade.

Still can't do pictures. We leave for Texas on Sunday a twofold trip. Tina is going also. She wants to make the trip. We have rented a van and will drive. My dad is having a kidney removed on 4/16 because of the cancer..luckily it is the smaller of two and will not result in dialasis. At least that is what the Dr. says. Kari had shoulder surgery on 3/29 she tore something in her shoulder (pole vault..color guard..swim team) and had it repaired..about 3 months and she will be back to normal. Prom is 4/28 and we will be back in time for that.

Leigha is getting bigger all the time trying to stand.. crawl.. walk around things.. Just a quick post..lots to do to before Sunday.

Well still can't upload pictures. It has been hectic. I was in San Antonio where my dad had surgery. Came home and he had another surgery. They are in Corpus Christi now but dr still wants more tests and possibly more surgery. That was February. 1/31 Gale retired but he has been kept busy by all the kids running here and there. He can't figure out when he had time to work before! Kari still as busy as before So other than this not much has changed here.

I don't know if it is me, our computer the blog
all of the above or what but I am still having problems with getting the pictures to load. We are exploring ways to solve the problem. But will try again tonight.

No luck.................looking at options .. in the mean time I took Gale's mom to Toledo to Bassets Health food store and Olive Garden tonite. We had a good time..Gale is retiring at the end of this month and recently found out the problem with his digestion...for those who know he has a problem... he has celiac disease... an immuno problem with gluten (found in all types of wheat) he can't digest it... lots of new diet problems to solve so we are busy finding alternatives to things like bread.. pasta.. cereals.. (other than corn & rice) etc

Leigha is growing.. Jamie working at the plant now .. Kari busy with school and physical therapy on her shoulder

My mom and dad are in Corpus Christi.. Daddy has a medical problem with his kidney and is getting it taken care of.

Dave & Amy are well and their respective kids ... Chris & Majesty are doing good as well

For those who may wonder Tina (my sister) is holding her own as well.

Now ............. back to the picture problem....have to solve it.................. hmmmmmmmmmmmm

New pictures..Leigha in Christmas outfit my boss bought her and Kari & Santa on Sub Deb nite.
Leigha's was taken 11/27 and Kari's on 12/02. Things are about the same here. Gale getting cold feet for retirement but I keep telling him the time is right. Mom and Dad ran up from Mexico for Dr. stuff. Gale's mom has a cold again..course with the way the weather went here I can understand that. Getting our Xmas shopping done here hope every one is too.. more later It won;t let me upload pictures..will keep trying.
